Developmental Gymnastics.

Developmental Gymnastics teaches children basic motor patterns such as running, jumping, standing tall and climbing.

This gymnastics not only offers the chance to have an efficient body but also teaches how to face the world. It teaches children to overcome their fears, to know their limits and not to overdo it, but to work hard to go beyond them. It teaches respect for their own body, for others and for space. It trains them to judge danger and to learn how to overcome it. It guides them to believe in themselves, to have courage, will and curiosity.

In short, it teaches them how to learn to move.

In children, Developmental Gymnastics helps build a strong, confident and healthy body and, at the same time, contributes to the development of an aware, skilful, dynamic, thinking and free mind.
