Corrective Gymnastics.

Corrective Gymnastics is the discipline that studies and develops the functional exercises used in the treatment of postural defects (paramorphisms).

It is aimed at young people who, while still growing, have developed changes in the shape or function of a part of the body.

The aim of this Gymnastics is to restore the right psychophysical make-up and the basic motor skills of the boy or girl. Through targeted functional exercises, it does not set out to “correct” in a rigid or mechanical way, but offers concrete support in the treatment of the main postural defects of childhood and adolescence, such as scoliosis, rounded back, flat feet and painful back problems.

The teacher, seen from behind, assesses with his hands the back of a student sitting in front of the wall bars
